What are Self-Care Moments with Sally?Ā 

During Covid, I attended a very brief online session that helped me pause, breathe, and truly focus on myself.Ā  This reminded me howĀ brief spaces for self-care are possible— and I wanted to share that experience with you.Ā  So, I've begun to create Self-Care Moments.Ā  A supportive space to come together forĀ guided writing prompts, meditation, and simple practices to help you feel more grounded and connected.

I highly recommend joining live to experience the energy and community in real time — but if you can’t make it, no worries! Every session will be recorded and posted the next day, so you can enjoy it whenever it fits into your schedule.
