Be Gentle with Yourself 

I’ve been a psychologist, psychotherapist and coach for 40 years.  It’s been a wonderful career.  It’s even more wonderful because personal growth is my personal passion also.
 
After all these years sitting in the chair, I have a lot to share.   The job is about bearing witness to the full pageantry of human experience in all its creative configurations.  Now is time for me to share some of this wisdom!
